There's no point.
So even like, even for me, like I've been engineering my social media, like I was saying with the children or becoming a mom to also following different fitness accounts.
Like if you don't look like me, if you're not a tall girl,
I'm actually not interested.
And I know that sounds maybe savage, but it's the reality.
Because for me, if I'm looking at someone who is tiny with really dense muscle mass and going, well, I've been training for 10 years and I don't have dense muscle mass like that.
It's like, yeah, because I'm literally three heads taller than this person.
What do you mean?
Well, it just reaffirms everything we've spoken about in this whole podcast, right?

It's like, if you're that person who does feel like, you know...
it's too late for me.
I'm never going to have that.
And then you're following people who are, you know, either glamorizing, like for example, and this is not every 21 year old.
So if you're 21 and you're listening, we still love you.
But like 21 year old who lives at home, who wakes up, who maybe works a couple of hours during the day, they have three hours to spend at the gym because they've got that luxury.
I used to be that girl.
