And since he controls the executive branch, the defendant, and he certainly is the plaintiff in this case, there is no possible way he could be adverse to himself.

Just to read a couple of quotes from the Williams opinion, she says, "...the nature of the suit itself and the conduct of the parties and counsel make plain this was an attempt to use the court to provide some legitimacy to an agreement to confer immunity to people and entities affiliated with the president."
That's the tax immunity piece of it.
But also with respect to kind of making this fund, "...the issue before the court is whether the lawyers ignored ethical norms, court rules, and legal authority to manipulate the judicial process..."
to guild their efforts to gain unprecedented access to the public fisc with a patina of legitimacy.
So you can, again, this is like legal kind of sounding language, but the rage is there, like absolutely.
