In order to understand what you're about to talk to us about, I want you to share the personal story of your dad.
I've watched you talk about this in a in a TEDx talk and I think it just sets a real, you know, human element to what we're about to discuss.
And your dad is so not alone.
1.5 billion people around the world suffer some form of hearing loss.
So this is a very big problem.
I mean, the bit I was trying to wrap my head around is that a hearing aid helps you hear better.

I feel like we can all relate to those moments where you look at someone in your life and you go,
You know, are they contributing in the way that they are capable of contributing?
Um, and that is a really isolating situation for so many people.
