I used to work in location catering.
Long story how I ended up in that.
And I met a woman who was a food stylist and she took my name and number and I thought, well, that's a wacky job.
Maybe six months later she rang me and then I started assisting her and eventually she retired and I took over.
So really an accident.

I got lucky.
And I've now trained four other people
to be my competition, which is fine.
But yeah, when I retire, the film industry will be covered.
I did a cake on a film last year, big film, which I've just done the cake again.
And this cake was quite specific.
