They have a plan of action that they're going out with.

So it's the same with our school.

Anyone who's ever run anything knows that.

You don't just throw everything up in the air and hope for the best and say diversity is our strength.

Now, that doesn't mean you can't have people from different places, but it does mean that you need coordination and you need consistency.

But let me just say, because it's an amazing, you know, I love Roger Scruton.

I love him.

I'm not sure I would meet his standards.

And in a way, I feel bad about that because I love him.

So when I say that, I went into teaching and I'm still in teaching for the children.

OK, wait, wait, wait, wait.

OK, so we've got Roger Scruton over here saying it's about passing knowledge from generation to generation.

And I have a lot of admiration for that.

I don't think we're there really in terms of education.

I mean, you know, I understand he's from a different generation to me and I get it and I respect it.

And in many ways, I wish I were like that.

I am somebody who went into teaching for the sake of the children.

The reason why I work with disadvantaged children in the inner city and I've only ever worked in the inner city in London is because I believe in social mobility and I'm very much inspired by transforming the lives of my children for the better.

I believe we do that through knowledge.

So while Roger Scruton was prioritizing knowledge for future generations, and I think we should, I mean, I agree with him on that.
