Yeah, I think we stick to the adage that I think applies to

to sports teams as well, is like we can't pass on good people.

So ultimately the primary thing we're looking for is cultural fit, particularly for roles here at BV, but that should apply to every organisation.

So many of the skills or experience that's required is coachable or attainable, but cultural fit's really a priority for us.

So we're looking for good people first and foremost.

And that comes across through the interview process as people who are honest about their skills and experience that they have or they don't have.

And that authenticity that they bring to, it should feel like a conversation.

And I think, I mean, the technical term for what you're talking about there is competency-based interviewing, right?

So don't

Just tell us what you're good at, but tell us how and why.

What does that look like?

Give an example.

So think about those statements that you want to say that may indeed be true.

You may be a great relationship builder, but how do you do that?

And what does that look like?

And what's the outcome of that?

That's how your interviewer knows that you understand what you're talking about.
