I think it's great because obviously it does really dispel those misconceptions that people have on family law and all aspects of family law.

So I've been primarily working in the area of family law now for just over 15 years, which has been great.

And two years ago, three years ago, I moved in with the Legal Services Commission.

And my position there is that I'm the family lawyer on the project team with Amica, which is an online dispute resolution tool, which Gabrielle may have

Gabrielle talked about earlier.

And really the tool helps separating couples make arrangements for children and property and generate documents, agreements and orders to really cover those arrangements between parties.

Yeah, of course.

Yeah, that's a really good question.

I think a lot of young couples enter into a relationship and you're right, they don't know if it's classified or classed as a

domestic relationship or a de facto couple.

So I guess generally speaking now, really there are three main factors that need to be considered.
