And this is why looking through the lens of creativity is really it's fail-safe and it doesn't exclude anyone because creativity is true.
This is my the title of my book, but for everybody, everybody is creative.
That's been empirically proven.
To be human is to be creative because, and then with every conversation on creativity, you have to define it because there are so many myths and misconceptions.
But creativity is fundamentally, in its simplest definition, a problem-solving process, a thinking process, wherein you use two types of thinking.
So you use divergent thinking, which is ideation.
coming up with ideas.
We associate it with brainstorming.
So you you come up with ideas with divergent thinking.
And then using convergent thinking, which is analytical thinking, you choose those ideas and figure out what's best under the circumstance in order to come up with a novel or meaningful result.
So all it is is a thinking process that yields new ideas, basically.
And creative strengths are human qualities that support creative thinking.
So everybody, everybody has a unique constellation of creative strengths, and they're all different.
There's so many of them.
No one has the same constellation.
So everybody has these.
And no matter if the person feels like they're creative or not, they have them.
And you can identify them on the basis of being human, basically.
You don't have to filter this information through labels of any sort, whether positive or negative.
