When I share with people, but I also use other methods kind of depending on the the person.
Exactly.
And because we live in kind of a deficit negative based paradigm, some parents might find it easier to get to the creative strengths through the negative, because the negative is what's normally pointed out.
And Gary Davis at the same time talked about certain negative traits.
He called it common negative traits of some creative persons sometimes.
So he found seven of these that include like being hyperactive, absent minded, childish, argumentative, impulsive, egotistical, and neurotic.
And he said those were kind of the flip side of some creative strengths or
I guess I don't know if he said that.
I say that.
And what I see with kids is that if they're not understood for who they are, and often that means their own creativity isn't understood by others.
And if they don't have a pathway for that, sometimes these creative strengths will manifest as these sort of, you know, more negative seeming characteristics.
But once you can say
Even
You know, you're daydreaming a lot.
Some people might think that means you're forgetful, but do you know that that's actually a huge creative strength?
Daydreaming because it
bring space for the imagination and to ponder.
And then all of a sudden you turn that around.
And once person is understood, that's what people isn't that what people want, just to be understood for who they are.
