There's so many ways that you can take some of these feelings and turn them over.

I'm fortunate to have some great mentors.

I'm fortunate to have a great executive coach who really helps me all the time with keeping my energy where it belongs because I'm such an energy person.

And I just believe that if your energy is right and you've aligned all of that,

you're gonna be all right.

It doesn't mean you're gonna be perfect, doesn't mean you're not gonna fail.

But it does mean that no matter what, you're gonna be able to stand on your own two feet.

So I work in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry.

We work with a lot of rare diseases.

We work with a lot of life-changing, life-saving medications.

I'm so passionate about it because there's so much that's just, just because you build it doesn't mean people will come to it.

They don't know, they don't know how to access it, they don't know how to get through the system.

Doctors are so busy, so overburdened, so overtaxed that learning about every new product for something that may affect one patient that they have, really hard for them.

So I spend my time trying to solve that problem and make sure that people have access to information, number one, because information is your power.

And then two, how to take that information, advocate for yourself, and then turn it into how do I get this so that I have more time with my family?

I have more time with my hobbies, my loved ones, the things I aspire to do.

And that gets me out of bed every day because when you know that you touched somebody's life or you helped save their life, I'm not a doctor.

I'm not the one prescribing the medicine.

But I am the one that's making sure that doctor knows how to save that patient.
