If that's real, just wait until you have an alternative.

And so, yes.

Well, this is so frustrating for me because what I've done, though, in the meantime, as soon as I became governor within weeks, I authorized the building of a transmission line, hydroelectric power from Quebec, the Chippy Project, the longest underwater transmission in the country.

And I knew that if I could bring in an alternative source, we could replace Indian Point somewhat.

But guess what?

While I'm doing this, we have pandemic, supply chain disruption, tariffs, war with Canada, which supplies a lot of our minerals and materials,

And then I have a war on offshore wind, which I'm fighting to keep a facility that will power half a million homes in Brooklyn.

I wish we were ready to launch with that in the fall.

Offshore wind is a great alternative for us.

So I'm trying to find all these.

I also authorize a pipeline, a natural gas pipeline to go through from Pennsylvania to Long Island.
