So that's what I'm up against, and I'm still trying to break it all down.

I'm just trying to fight back because the collateral damage is the people who just want to be here so desperately,

The young people came here with that dream of you can make it in New York.

It still is, always will be.

Always.

Full stop.

But.

They get tired of living with five other people in a small apartment.

At some point, they want to expand out.

They want to have their own family.

And that is exactly what we have to do.

I'm listening to those people.

I'm breaking down barriers.

I would love to come back because I have a huge platform on housing.

What I've done already, what I have to do next.

And it's a huge task.

That and energy keep me up at night.

But I'm going to deal with both, dealing with both now.

And I would actually enjoy that.
