And like you say, the greatest risk isn't being wrong.

So that's a lack of decisiveness when you have communication paralysis and you just ignore someone and nothing goes anywhere.

OK, so that wouldn't work in business, though.
When you're working for someone, though, I don't think you can say that to your boss.
Maybe, because what you talk about, you know, leaders struggle with atmospheric turbulence, which is an aviation term, but it makes sense.
It means that when circles, decisions delayed while waiting for perfect data, unclear ownership.
If you don't communicate, you don't have any of that defined.
