Yeah, it's all getting a bit meta, isn't it?
I want to say Lytham St Anne's is the area, but my bookshop is in the town of St Anne's, which is a separate town to Lytham, but the area is Lytham St Anne's.
It's very confusing.

Yeah, that's right.
So I joined Substack in November 2022.
It had a different title.
My Substack was called Terrible at Titles at that point.
And I was writing like book reviews and just sort of general pieces about writing because I was already a published children's author and various kind of long form pieces on whatever I felt like writing about.
And then about six months into that, I got to a week where I didn't have a post ready to go.
And I was scheduled to be in a bookshop all day.
And I was kind of, it wasn't so much that I felt like I'd be letting a huge amount of people down if I didn't post that week.
My audience wasn't very big at that point.
But I just thought, well, I'm here.
The bookshop's generally very quiet.
I'll just see how I go writing about the day.
