The court concludes that Ms.
Feng satisfies the first part of the standing test.
On her interpretation of the Epstein Act, it requires the information to be disclosed
To her, as a part of the public at large, she suffers the type of harm that Congress sought to prevent in enacting the act.
Because I am unable to report on specific stories, I am having informational harm, and that gives me standing.

The judge says, I have identified harms to victims and the public who are being denied the benefit of my reporting.
I cited authority that supports my assertion that journalists and myself in particular have suffered the type of harm that the Epstein Act was meant to prevent.
In addition, I am suffering economic injuries that are likely to be fixed if there is compliance by the DOJ.
I am not seeking monetary damages.
However, if I'm not able to continue to publish my work, then I experience economic loss.
