And look, it's all legitimate.

It's all legal because you're offshore.

You're an offshore worker.

So, you know, you get your base salary every month.

And then, yeah, you get charter tips on top of that.

And charter tips can range anything from like €1,000 up to €15,000 per crew member per charter.

So if you, say, do like a one-week charter, each crew member, you know, could get like an extra €3,000.

But if you do three one-week charters in a month, you get an extra €9,000 on top of your salary.

Say, like a beginner's salary is normally around €3,000 per month.

That's easy, 12,000 euros.

You convert that into, you know?

So obviously the tips is hard because tips is, it's gratuity.

So it's up to the discretion of the charter guest.

So, you know, you might get one big tip.

You might get a $10,000 tip or a $5,000 tip and then like a $1,000 tip.

So yeah, if you, yeah, you can make a lot of money in that.

So there are new laws and regulations.

So the newer boats, crew accommodation is like insane.

Like we get crew gyms now, you know, like we get.

we're very crew are actually really fucking lucky and i used to tell my last crew this because they used to piss me off a lot of the time when they'll be ungrateful were you like back in my day literally that's when you know you're old isn't it but literally i used to say go over to that boat over there because i can guarantee you you're not getting what you're getting on here over there um
