Now, I was curious about the capital gains tax discount and sort of how that made the reforms to that, especially with the inflation adjusted indexation sort of tilts the balance in favour of first home buyers and owner occupiers.

Just sort of really curious, especially looking at the rates for units.

I was really curious about, is that something that a lot of

especially for young people, it might be a bit of a challenge to sort of understand how the indexation sort of works.
