How is this case not a front and center prioritized case at the DOJ?

And when Judge Sullivan said this, I was like, yes, finally, somebody is actually saying out loud what we've all been saying, which is this should be the priority for the DOJ.
Then Judge Sullivan says, How is that nobody can give me a date by which this redaction log is going to be done with the Federal Register?
I want you to get that person on the phone, if not that I'm going to be forced to impose a date, and I don't want to be arbitrary and do that.
Judge Sullivan then said, Congress intended the public and the victims to get this information.
My job as the judge to ensure that this law is enforced.
