The IRD has a calculator, just a few questions, so you can Google that and you can check on your KiwiSaver app uh what you are on at the moment, just to double check that it's right and it's generally a super easy fix.

So definitely encourage you to do that.

I have a laundry list, so it's so tricky to choose the uh um top one.

Probably my number one is I would love us to be moving away collectively from those total remuneration.

And I also wonder if it's in the spirit of the KiwiSaver.

All of it coming out of the employees pay package.

So I'd love us to move away from that.

And if I could sneak in another Francis, I would really love that we could decouple the employer and the employee contribution as well.

Because I do worry about um our people who are earning less such a chunk and

They're the people we want to be protecting the most really in terms of being okay longer term.

So I would dearly love that.
