So that actual band actually pushed me to go to see Mairead, the therapist that I eventually was able to talk about the glass case, the girl in the glass case.

Another guy that I knew had... So I know a girl who was a therapist.
I've known her for years.
She referred me to a man and he said, I actually can't see you, but I know a brilliant therapist.
So it was through a friend.
I actually think reference is the best way to go.
And I've referred loads of people to Mairead, actually.
Loads of people have gone since I've talked about her.
So the point, though, is this, right?
You don't go to therapy and then it's all gone, like...
You know, you don't take the case off the little girl and all of a sudden she's bouncing around and she's happy and everything's fine.
Like, I still live in the world that says to me being smaller is better.
Like, it's worse now than it ever was.
So, like, I still have the...
I still have the ideas that being smaller is a better thing.
That doesn't go.
That's still an echo.
And so when I went to Turkey, I was in the midst of therapy with Mairead, but I still had this, the echoes of like, maybe a smaller body is the answer.
