Like it's the answer for anybody's issue, relationship with their body is not changing your body.
So like obesity and physical consequences of obesity, you can treat obesity with Ozempic or Manjaro, but...
You can't treat your relationship with your body through them medications.
That's a different thing.
Like healing how you feel about yourself and how you feel about your body and what you think about yourself requires another type of medication.
And for me, that medication was finding little Katrina.
was actually rescuing her from the glass case that she's been trapped in was being brave enough to say it's okay the world is safe come come tell someone what happened to you so in my case healing is not about being smaller it's not about ozempic it's not about gastric sleeves
It's about giving her a voice and allowing her to explore the thoughts and feelings that she has had for years, which is, this was my fault.
My body made this happen.
My body responded with pleasure to abuse.
Did that mean I wanted that?
So I had to go and talk about them things in a really safe place, and I did.
And now I have a better relationship with my body.
It's not fixed, but it's much better.
