Flexibility gives us access to talent anywhere in the world.

It gives us diversity.

It gives us ability to make an impact.

It gives us the opportunity to retain and grow the right people.

So I wouldn't think of it as an imposition.

I would think of it as something that we can all enjoy.

and it can help us develop together.

Yes, I remember the Harvard Business Review article that called data scientists the sexiest job.

And that still remains the case.

There are a number of sexy jobs in the world today.

I mentioned earlier that the jobs of today are not going to be the jobs of tomorrow.

So the best thing to do right now is arm oneself

with oneself with really a lifelong ability to learn.

Regardless of what we know now, regardless of the education we have, and I personally have two masters and a PhD, I wouldn't say that I picked up a degree.

I picked up certain skills that have helped me so far.

And that's what I try to impart on people that I work with, people on teams, people I upskill.

So as we are looking at the near future, there is a growing need for people

who are focused on ethics and socially responsible data and AI use, precisely because there is a lot of need for people in security.

There is a lot of need for people who can make sense of what data and technology do, because at the end of the day, it is humans that need the products of technology

So user-centric design continues to be very important.
