And I mean, I'll just get back to what the other speaker was talking about, you know, the infrastructure, you know, buses will follow, you know, the development of an area.

But City West has been developed a long time, you know, that way.

And I mean, I'm only on the council and this is my first time sitting on the council.

So I was only catching up, you know, on the planning and the phase and, you know, and I mean, each development is supposed to have phases, you know, that way.

So you build...

x amount of apartments or houses and then you start putting in buses and whatever city west is absolutely overdeveloped and the lack of infrastructure is chronic you know so i mean i know in my you know complete dream scenario people would use public transport instead of their cars people would use the loose there will be frequent public transport you know the way to get people from a to b

Unfortunately, the infrastructure just isn't there at the minute.

And I do think it is down to just this concept of build.

I mean, I know there's a housing crisis.

In my work, I deal with people on a daily basis.

Casebook, housing, 10 years on a housing list, living in overcrowded conditions.

I know we need housing, but we also need to build with infrastructure in mind.

You cannot just throw up houses, apartments.

For example, I know there isn't even a community centre in City West at the minute.

So you cannot keep building, building, building, because it's going to end up that it's just going to be an area...
