Yesterday, which was Tuesday, February 18th, Diddy's lawyers asked a judge to dismiss count three of the U.S. attorney's case against him from a superseding indictment last month, namely transportation to engage in prostitution, claiming that, quote, no white person has ever been the target of a remotely similar prosecution.

I thought that was interesting. But his attorneys are claiming that the government has, quote, concocted a criminal case based primarily on allegations that Mr. Combs and two of his longtime girlfriends sometimes brought a third party, a male escort, into their sexual relationship.

But there's always more. And just after we recorded last week, the super high profile suit that accused Diddy and Jay-Z of raping a 13 year old girl in 2000 was actually dropped by the plaintiff's lawyers after both Combs and Jay-Z denied the allegations.
