The claimant, her name is Ashley Parham, and she filed her initial lawsuit against Diddy last October, accusing him of violently gang raping her at a house in Orinda, California, back in March 2018. The filing also alleges kidnapping and sex trafficking, while Diddy was also previously accused of sexually assaulting Parham with a television remote.

It's been alleged that Pelletier, who at the time was a Las Vegas police captain, posed as a sheriff's deputy in California. The alleged victim claims that after the alleged attack, Pelletier instructed her to go home and offered her no help or medical care.
