Well, I think it's one of those things where, you know, when you're acting, I mean, you kind of talked a little bit about the liquid substance and, you know, you're around people all the time, right?

You're at a bar, you're at a party and you have people all around you, but you just feel so lonely.

And that was the same thing with me.

You know, I'd be sitting in a room and all I could think about was I can't eat that.

I don't want to be around that.

I want to leave.

And, you know, that sense of loneliness like really triggered me to start getting better because I didn't even know who I was at that point, you know?

I think it's something that I face every single day.

It's a conscious decision that I make every day to get up and put makeup on and do what makes me feel good.

And that's something that I have.

I guess it's more of the mindset that changed for me.

You know, and that's really when I decided, like,

This is what I need to do.

This is what's going to work for me.

And every day I make a conscious decision.

I'm going to get up.

I'm going to put makeup on.

I'm going to get dressed and I'm getting out of bed.

You know, I feel like I'm more so now my true authentic self.

And I think that that comes with being transparent about my history.
