Okay, so I was recently sleeved back in August, the gastric sleeve. And I'm trying to obviously lose weight and build muscle. I'm going to the gym three times a week. But the only, I'm getting protein in, most of my protein in with protein shakes and Greek yogurt. I have a hard time eating meat. So I only eat meat like once a day.
