Both of them shared about specific experiences that they have had in the hiring process as being part of the Rooney rule.
And it's not easy to do.
It's an extremely brave thing to do to share a very specific story because there is a very real fear that it's going to impact you going forward in your coaching journey.
And both of those coaches are not done and still have big goals ahead of them.
