I really appreciate that.
I really have felt that from the fans.
I know some captains that have gone through some pretty difficult times after the Ryder Cup in terms of the fans.
And, you know, just knowing what I went through personally after the Ryder Cup and still going through, I couldn't imagine having to deal with that.
That would that would be really, really tough.
And so, you know, I'm I'm really grateful for how the people have treated me.
And, you know, it's still it's such a weird experience because it's just such an amazing thing for me to have.
But it's also got this such negative ending.
So it's a it's a bizarre, bizarre feeling.
Yeah, so I had a little chat with myself recently, actually, because after Rome, I put so much into it and didn't get on the team.
And it just crushed me.
It crushed my family and my wife.
It was weird.
It really took a lot out of us.
And I told myself I wasn't going to put myself in that position again.
I was going to try to make every team I wanted to be, but I was going to...
try to take a step back and focus on, you know, my job as a tour player and then that'll take care of everything.
