By all modern evangelical standards, he was a failure.
You spent your whole life building something and seven other people other than yourself were interested in it.
But it made all the difference because it was obedience to the Lord.
And that is the thing I want to caution a generation who wants to get their affirmation from clicks, who wants to get their affirmation from reshares and followers, is if you are being obedient to God, it does not matter who else is interested in what he's called you to do.
Because if we were to measure our success the same way God made Noah a success, Noah was a failure by our standards today.
But he was a success in the eyes of God.
And I felt this other thing jump up in my spirit as you and I were talking about this.
I was reading, funny enough, because you and I were in Ohio together not that long ago.
And I was preaching on, you know, the plagues and all of that.
Which was fire.

But funny enough, I was going back through the book of Exodus and I got to chapter eight, which is the second plague is the plague of frogs.
And I've never noticed this before, but literally all the frogs, like there's a plethora of frogs.
I mean, frogs on top of frogs.
And Moses comes to Pharaoh, get this.
And he says, let me intercede for you to get God to get these frogs to go away.
