you know, hundreds if not thousands of black men, most of them not in the federal system, honestly, most of them in the state and local system, but who were arrested and incarcerated because of simple marijuana charges.
The president doesn't have the authority to pardon those people in state cases, which were most of those happen.
But for the federal cases, he absolutely does.
And he has, as I mentioned before, for simple possession, but not for the distribution point.
And that's something that people are pushing to do next.

I disagree.
A couple of points.
First of all, this is his son.
I don't care what his stated reasons are.
He has the right to do this.
And he says it's because it's his son or not.
He still has the right to do it.
And he doesn't have to explain it at all.
So I don't understand what the issue is.
Honestly, Don, I have to tell you this.
I've heard all these different people complain about this.
I have not heard a single good reason why Joe Biden should not have pardoned his son.
I don't even see a problem with it.
I don't even see the point of responding to the critics about it because he has the authority.
