So he had like three days of flying and driving and it kind of put him back.

It's a learning thing when you're a guy that's used to playing X amount of games, and we play 72 games in a grind and bus and stuff like that, flying different cities.
It's hard, and you know what?
They've learned.
They've become great pros, and every day is a new adventure for them.
No, it took about two and a half months.
And Matt became a really good player.
His penalty kill was phenomenal.
And I would say that was the biggest thing that, you know, he learned to do down here.
And I thought he had one of the best sticks I've ever seen on the penalty kill.
And he, you know what, great on him.
And it just shows you that you do need time in the American Hockey League.
