Arson is very difficult to prove.

There are so many different possibilities for the reason it may have happened.

And in Sarah's case, it was always kind of slippery.

They went on.

They looked at it.

Several agencies looked at it.

and came back with the ruling that it appeared to be self-defense.

But when this investigation looked into it more carefully, they could see that the relationship with David Bragg fit that perfect template that you cannot leave me, David Bragg.
