The schedule isn't as grueling as it was early in the year.

And they, of course, were still finding their way with the new system.

I do think you had a new coach while he took over last year's interim.

They came out of training camp with doing new things.

They had players they thought were going to be heavily involved that then were not involved.

That's Ty Jerome and Scotty Pippen Jr.

So the beginning of the year was a lot of people learning new rules with a new coach, a new coaching staff.

and then playing some harder teams, and they lost to all the harder teams.

So they've lost all the good teams.

They've beaten all the bad teams.

That's a fine place to be if you're a middle-of-the-road NBA squad.

And so I think with Ja coming back, I am more optimistic the next four weeks are not going to be a repeat of the 4-9 start to the year.
