Hi, Drew.
Thank you so much for the opportunity.
Yes, I think what changed for me was realizing that the good intentions that are screamed by the left weren't good enough.
The world is difficult and policies have consequences.
And I felt those as an adult when I moved out into the world and started paying my own bills, especially utility bills, grocery bills, that radicalized me.
And it's not because I stopped caring about people in the world.
It's because I care about them enough to want solutions, specifically economically, that actually work.
That is a great question.
I think Gen Z...
did everything we were told to do, go to college, get a job, and that is not happening.
My generation wants to own homes, raise families, and that goal is being moved further and further and further into the future.
So it makes sense to me that we're moving
why some of my generational counterparts want socialism and communism, but I would encourage them to open up a history book.
Yes, it is incredibly frustrating and heartbreaking.
I would love to see developers be incentivized to come into northern Colorado and start building homes.
And I think a great way to tackle that problem is to decrease the burdensome regulations for building.
Yeah, so the big population centers are Boulder and Fort Collins, resort towns like Steamboat and Estes Park.
Yeah, well, like I said, lowering unnecessary regulations, lowering taxes, and I want a level playing field for small businesses to allow for innovation.
Yeah.
