But the 3% is being compared then again to this really unusual year of unexpected growth.

So we're calling this a conservative budget.

But I want to know, if we don't maintain that and the 2.5% trend happens,

We've already acknowledged that this budget doesn't have built into it the population growth that we're experiencing being the fastest growing city in the Bay.

And so I wanna know what that 0.5 percentage does to our budget.

And then, again, I think that would go into the maintaining of the 24, 25 new positions that we're putting up if we're not able to, because I guess what I'm saying is,

this 3% growth is really being based off of the 28% growth two years ago.

And so if we don't see that, and with AI and data centers being at the center of it, there's huge volatility in this right now.

And so I just, I want to know what the reality is of us being able to maintain a structure like that.

And then I think the only other thing that stood out to me is Silicon Valley Hopper has been with us for several years, but it still is called a pilot program.

And so what funding would either sunset, could we sunset it?

Are we going to be able to permanently fund this so it doesn't look like the longest pilot program that's ever taken place?

As we gather, we humbly seek blessings upon this meeting.
