I also think that this replicates a lot of what we did last year and we're making the exact same recommendations and we're in this boat.

So primarily I would say the biggest issue, and I do appreciate Mr. Beachman's recognition of this as well, we are not addressing going beyond this 4% for the capital expense reserve.

And so approving this budget means next year we're doing this again.

And so I just wanted to quickly note that it's not a lack of effort here.

I really appreciate staff's pushing on this and making way.

But fundamentally, we're repeating the same issues that got us here last year.

So I will be voting no.

Yeah, I think that my question is aligned with that in terms of it says that this will initially support daily patrol operations and investigative functions independent of a fully staffed RTIC.

So it looks like that's the phasing that that's going to work with.

Is this then deployed in all of the patrol vehicles?

And when the RTIC is fully staffed, we remove that access and then it goes to the control command central there?
