I'm gonna support the motion and I just want to say again if in 2016 we had followed the procedure we would have found solution for this at a much earlier point so I do encourage you to come back if you have a subsequent solution but implementing the plan as it should have been will determine if this works or not I also want to say this Stevens Creek study is going on right now and we are taking

the dealerships as their own stakeholder in that to consult about how the development of Stevens Creek Boulevard will begin to Transpire and what you guys will need so it certainly is something we could consider in that not moving it to Cecil But talking about the real problems with trash pickup on there Thank You vice mayor Gonzales Thank You madam air I concur with councilwoman Cox I
