Um I wanna start by saying uh I'm pulling a few items, but I I do want to recognize there was almost twelve million dollars in financial commitments and budget amendments um put through consent. podcast-host

Um but I did want to understand specifically we're purchasing two brand new replacement air compressors, or are we now purchasing the one we've been renting as well? podcast-host

And then again, thinking about our asset management practices, um, this first compressor failed in 2023, and we've been renting since then. podcast-host

One unit was going to fail or did our own system fail us? podcast-host

Um and then I want to know what's our policy on replacing critical equipment, if we're doing this proactively based on the data that this agency provides or this program provides, or do we operate equipment until failure and then respond? podcast-host

Yeah, so specifically I wanted to know are we actually purchasing two new or are we now purchasing the one we've been renting? podcast-host

And then um again I asked if when the compressor failed in twenty twenty three, was our CMMS system online and we knew that was going to happen. podcast-host
