I think my question really is surrounding the current recruitment timeline.

My assumptions are that as soon as you post a position, and for example, if there's three vacancies, all three are posted at once.

The timeline varies from one month to nine months for these positions.

So I guess I want to understand better if we're filling one of the vacant positions, we're assuming that timeline is still going on for recruitment.
