Talking about the the G O bond.

Uh I I know that we're prioritizing projects based on what's kind of penciled out and already has uh a development plan in place, but I'm wondering if those priorities change, what will be our set method for making timely adjustments to that and will that be something that is um

uh impacted in the budget.

Uh uh just kind of looking at the charts that we brought up at the end that showed funded, partially funded and staff supported.

I I think I wanna better understand if we're creating real bandwidth issues for the staff and these priorities in terms of uh realistic expectations of bringing more priorities that can't be done.

It didn't look like the staffing needs increasing were going to reflect

you know, um these increased priorities.

So I'm concerned that in June or July, if we do a staff uh survey about, you know, just kidding, but uh I I just want to be realistic about the priorities that we're putting on staff and if there really is sufficient bandwidth for that.

Um I'm glad that Councilmember Hardy brought up the liability issue because I think that you said it was to protect the city, but on that slide itself, it said it did not include

Include stadium.

Issues, if I'm not mistaken.

And then finally, we've mentioned uh a few times that this 10-year goal of getting to ten million dollars in the capital reserve is still quite low for what we would need.

And so I'd be curious, and again, I'm happy to have these questions come up at a later date.

I know we're pressed on time, but what is a realistic number?

And if our capital reserve fund is of grave importance to us.

How would we be working towards that more re realistic number in a biennial budget?
