There are still accommodations that we can do.
that are in the classroom, you try them.
You don't try them for just one day.
Uh if I have a student that seems to be struggling on the carpet, they really are having a hard time sitting still.
I'll try a wobbly stool.
I'll try it for a week or two.
If the wobbly stool doesn't work, I'll try to do more heavy lifting work.
So there's just almost like an an ongoing
checklist in your mind of okay, this this works, this didn't work.

I think
Parents worry sometimes that they're gonna be known as the difficult parent.
And so
They're hesitant to ask for accommodations.
As far as I'm concerned, if parents have things that work well at home and some of those things can be adjusted to the classroom, I wanna know about it.
I wanna know about the kid that needs to eat more frequently or move more frequently.
That kind of information is helpful for me.
