And I'm also on Twitter and I do a lot of Twitter gifted chats.

My book is on Amazon and this month we are celebrating the book one year anniversary.

So that's very exciting.

And I just want to say to parents.

Make sure that you are implementing some self care.

It can be really exhausting to put so much energy into another person.

And I think we have to kind of remind ourselves of that old saying where you, you know, you have to put the oxygen tank on first.
