As uh like at the a at the start it was like, hey, what does the SMEs need?
Okay, term loans.
Okay, it didn't quite fit, like how do we manage?
Oh we saw competitor offering at that time.
Like it wasn't very clear what you should call it and we later don't coin it as invoice financing.
No.
Also and we did really literally just throw everything on the wall and see what sticks also, right?
Well of course we did some secondary research and whatnot, but we realized that when it comes to SMEs there's rarely does
Secondary research, no, yeah, so uh so we literally just hire a team of four initially and then try to launch it, right?
And then okay, now that we have a team on the ground to one there was one person who does credit, it's a specialized skill, the other one person does sales because it's critical.
Uh there's someone a bit more senior who does marketing at that point in time, trying to get crowdfunding license, um, regulations like customer service, and then you have an analyst that does everything, right?
So it's really a team.
Or so we just threw it on when and see what sticks in.
Um and for tech, how did we solve it?
Was um like no one would work for founders that are not full-time and was not even physically around.
So
So we did what is the only realistic path, right?
We got a small IT family in Indonesia through the connections of Reynolds, my co-founder Reynold, and and tried to create a website for us, right?
