Yeah, it's a great question.
So I think the first way to start the conversation is I
I talk I like to talk about these in terms of ingredients.
If we're gonna bake something together and you know, privately, I think everybody understands the 1.15 billion that the team is gonna put in, but it's worth reiterating.
The team is gonna start the conversation by investing one point one five billion into the ballpark.
So let's start the conversation there.
On the public side of the equation, you have a a sort of a a litany of different ingredients.
ingredients, components, financial components that could be used if the electeds ultimately decide it's responsible to do so.
And when you look at some of those choices, uh we've taken uh, you know, a principled approach to the way that we've had these conversations.
Now when I talk about the deal, it's really better to frame it as a framework because there's no deal until city county
vote on it, right?
Right.
So they our elected officials who we we all elect into these roles, they're gonna be the ultimate deciders.
What we get the opportunity to do is to work alongside city and county staff to construct a framework.
And that's what we're doing right now.
Liter literally this week, putting the pieces together and we've been at it a while in understanding how those ingredients come together.
And so guiding principles to our work, because I think it's really important before we get into any numbers.
One, a no harm approach to priorities that have already been committed and frankly are the right things to do to the community.
We're not getting in the way of public safety.
