If it is, then that component can't be used.
Oh it's gonna benefit it at the end in the long run.
That's exactly right.

And so we'll look at the the litany of these different ingredients, and those ingredients will all be brought into the kitchen.
And the experts from the city and the county and our team and our fundamentals.
financial experts are getting in a room and saying what is the most responsible package and then ultimately we'll bring that forward to uh the city and the county for a vote.
And and that'll be, you know, the critical moment for us to really dis to decide uh you know, does the community want this?
We believe it's a transformational moment.
But the package has to be put together in a framework that responsibly doesn't harm or injure.
