I'm saying they've charged you for something and he has acknowledged or can acknowledge that he did not treat you for that.
Forget the billing part.
He can testify.

But my point is, is he could testify.
He could do an affidavit.
He could, he could do, I mean, if I was going to fight this, that's where I would be going.
And I'm going, we know the doctor and the doctor said he didn't do this.
And so if even I got to hire a lawyer, George, not a lot of hours, but just somebody who can, who can say, all right, we're going to fight this and here's how, and we're going to tell the company to pound sand.
We're not going to pay you for this.
