Nikki, this is like a really this question is such a good question, but let me let me I let me throw a question at you just based on recent experience.
So that it just so happens our primary care director at the San Francisco VA is on maternity leave.
Mm-hmm.
Oh, yours truly is now in charge of handling all the requests for geriatric consultation and transfer to the geriatric primary care team.
So
What's bigger?
Well, we do have, I would like to accept them all, but we have limited capacity.
We don't, we just don't have that much primary care capacity in geriatrics.
So I noticed, though, that the consults we get from primary care, it's never like this patient is doing great.
And, you know, we think they would just love to be seen by a geriatrician.
There's always something wrong.
And they then they can't quite articulate what's wrong.
But there's something that's not going right with the patient.
And they they're becoming more complex.
