One of the things that strikes me about Stride is it's was this incredibly well done study. matched

And it makes me wonder if it's time for our the field of geriatrics and our field to have a little bit of introspection. matched

Um, that, you know, everything was really done well and right. matched

And you you know, you could point to a few things maybe you would have done differently, but this is nothing's been as good as Bride um in terms of matched

you know, fall reduction or for that matter, any geriatric syndrome. matched

Yet, you know, we could not matched

prevent fall related injuries. matched

At least we couldn't prove it. matched

And even if it was there, you know, due to lack of power, it's on the order of a of a very small amount, like ten percent. matched

So the the thought is, does our field need to be a little bit more humble about matched

the ability to really prevent things like fall-related injuries and prevent fall-related syndromes. matched

And at as the same time we're trying to m march move forward there and keep moving the needle there. matched

Also say, well, you know, irrespective of fall-related injuries, matched

This is a phenotype of patient where there's lots of suffering, that patients who fall and their families suffer a lot, and clinical geriatricians deal with this a lot. matched

And should we focus as much on the palliative aspect of that? matched
