I do.
He's calculated.
He's intelligent.
He's well thought out how to.
I've had many conversations with them and you just feel it.
And that doesn't mean it's always going to work out.
I mean, we always talk about the summer and you won that trade and this is a great acquisition.
Well, I never judge that until I see the results.
Even if it looks good on paper.
It may not work out, and Sonny Mehta's smart enough to understand that.
I mean, but I do like his thought process.
I like a lot of the things he's implemented already.
And, again, just the way he – everybody thinks it's just analytics.
No, he's a smart hockey guy, and he's coming from the Florida Panthers.
A team that went to the Stanley Cup finals three years in a row and won two cups.
Does that give me optimism?
Because that can't help but rub off and you take your experiences from that and implement players that you feel are going to help you achieve your goal.
And that for me is becoming a sustainable playoff team even before you become a Stanley Cup contender.
